There is a small landscaped area to the front of the narrow, covered veranda, as well as a good-sized grass and patio area to the side with mature shrubs and hedges. Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470.  It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains.  There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The cabin is accessed directly from the parking space via 3 steps to the veranda area, which has not been enclosed and so provides a narrow, covered seating area with gates either end. 

Kitchen

1.95m x 1.9m Open plan kitchen with lounge having white fitted base and wall units, stainless steel sink unit with water heater below serving kitchen sink and bathroom basin. There is a free-standing fridge & cooker with extractor above and vinyl flooring.

Lounge/Diner

3.90m x 2.99m. The lounge has a 3-piece suite, a coffee table, TV point & sky box, dining table & 4 chairs, electric fire, a night storage heater and it is carpeted. The storage and electric meter cupboard is off the lounge.

Bathroom

Modern electric shower cubicle with Redring shower unit, white WC, white washbasin with vanity light and mirror above, heated towel rail and vinyl flooring. 

Bedrooms

None of the services have been tested but the cabin is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.

Tenure

Freehold: The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between 1st December and 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
