Cabin 105 is a detached and furnished two bedroom leasehold log cabin with a fully enclosed and half opened out veranda. It is in very good order internally and externally and has a new roof, insulated walls and upvc double glazed door and windows. It has a small lawn in front of the cabin, a good size deck to the front and parking to the side. The cabin is currently a gold graded letting cabin and can continue to be let out through the holiday village if required.


Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.


The cabin is accessed directly from the parking space via 2 steps to the decking area and front door. The veranda is fully enclosed and half opened out providing a separate internal storage space with electric wall panel heater and cupboard on one side and an enlarged kitchen/dining area on the other side.


1.9m x 3.4m into enclosed veranda area. The kitchen is open plan with the lounge and has modern fitted kitchen base and wall units with a stainless steel sink unit and compact electric water heater above, a freestanding cooker and fridge, a microwave on a bracket above and a new dining table and 4 matching chairs.


3.93m x 3.06m. The lounge has a double glazed upvc bow window and is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee tables, TV point, small corner dresser, stove effect electric fire and a night storage heater. The storage and electric meter cupboard is off of the lounge.

None of the services have been tested but the cabin is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.


Leasehold: A new 50 year lease started on the 2nd December 2016. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only from 1st December to 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
