Cabin 125 is a detached and furnished 2-bedroom leasehold log cabin with an opened out lounge-kitchen-diner, having patio doors leading to a large decked area and some views across other cabins to the Rhinog Mountains. The garden has a small lawned and crazy paved area which is screened to the front by a hedge and the parking is within the plot. All Windows and doors are UPVC double.

Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470.  It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains.  There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The cabin is accessed from the parking space via 2 steps up to the large decked area and patio doors.

Lounge-Diner

(5.10m x 2.65m) The veranda has been enclosed with UPVC double glazed patio doors and opened out to make a large lounge-kitchen-diner with views across to the Rhinog Mountains. The lounge has a 2-seater sofa and two easy chairs, a wall mounted TV, log effect electric fire plus night storage heater, coffee tables, a folding dining table with chairs and is carpeted. Access to broom cupboard with electric meters is from the lounge. 

Kitchen

3.1m x 1.9m. The kitchen is open plan with the lounge and has fitted base and wall units with a stainless steel single drainer sink unit and fitted cooker and hob, a freestanding fridge, night storage heater, water heater in cupboard which heats the kitchen and bathroom water and has vinyl flooring.

Bathroom

Modern electric shower cubicle with Redring shower, heated towel rail, white WC and washbasin, vanity light, extractor fan, blow heater and vinyl flooring.

Bedroom

Bedroom 1 (front) 2.16m x 3.15m with double bed, wardrobe, bedside shelves, reading lamps, electric wall panel heater and 2 double glazed UPVC Windows.
Bedroom 2 (rear) 2.16m x 1.97m. Fitted L-shaped bunk beds, chest of drawers, wall fitted electric panel heater.

Externally

There is a large decking along two sides of the cabin, 2.4mx1.8m at front leading to 4.8mx2.4m at gable end. There is a small grassed area with adjacent crazy paved area next to the decking at the side and a gravelled parking space within the plot at the other end of the cabin.

Services

None of the services have been tested but it is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.

Tenure

Leasehold: A new 50 year lease was issued on the 14/08/2009. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between 1st December and 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
