Cabin 147 is a detached and fully furnished three bedroom leasehold log cabin.  It has a sizeable grass plot surrounding the cabin with some shrubs and trees and a covered veranda along the front of the cabin facing west towards the Rhinog Mountains. All windows are the original double-glazed timber framed windows and the front door is wooden. Parking for 2 cars is within the plot.

Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470.  It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains.  There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The accommodation is accessed directly from the parking space and accessed via several steps up to the covered veranda and wooden front door. 

Lounge-Diner

5.52m x 4.21m. There are two 3-seater sofas, a pine dresser, coffee table, cabinets, TV, freesat box and DVD player, an electric log effect heat, wall mounted panel heater, night storage heater, large dining table & 8 chairs, curtains and is carpeted.

Kitchen

2.03m x 2.5m. The kitchen has white fitted kitchen base and wall units with single drainer stainless steel sink, a freestanding oven and fridge under worktop, a wall mounted microwave, blinds, vinyl flooring and an extractor on the outer wall. 

Bathroom

The bathroom has a white bathroom suite including a bath with Redring electric shower over and UPVC walls. It has an mirror with vanity light and shaver point, an electric towel rail and an airing cupboard storing the hot water cylinder and shelving, vinyl flooring. Electric meters are at the entrance to the bathroom.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 (right) 2.06m x 3.25m. Double bed, fitted wardrobe, small cabinet, bedside lights, wall mounted panel heater, curtains, and is carpeted.

Bedroom 2 (middle) 2.06m x 1.95m. Fitted bunk beds with bedside lights, fitted wardrobe, electric panel heater and is carpeted.

Bedroom 3 (left) 2.06m x 2.53m. L shaped fitted bunk beds with bedside lights, fitted wardrobe, wall mounted heater and is carpeted.

All windows are the original double-glazed timber framed windows and the front door is wooden. Parking for 2 cars is within the plot.

Services

None of the services have been tested but the chalet is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.

Tenure

Leasehold: A new 50 year lease will be issued upon completion. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between 1st December and 31st October each year. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
