Cabin 200 is a detached and fully furnished leasehold log cabin in good decorative order, which has recently been modernised and had a new roof installed. It has an enclosed veranda which forms a larger double room on one side and has been opened out on the other side to create a large lounge kitchen/diner. The cabin also has sliding patio doors leading to a large decking and large lawned garden and upvc windows to all rooms.

Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The cabin is approached from the parking area along a gravel path and a step up to the decking and sliding patio doors which leads directly into lounge.

Lounge

5.10m x 2.79m. Sofa with 2 matching armchairs, coffee table, lamp, fitted shelves, night storage heater, wall mounted panel heater and light coloured laminate flooring. Lounge is open plan with kitchen/diner and access has to broom cupboard with meters. Hoover & TV not included.

Kitchen/Diner

3.13m x 1.97m. White fitted wall and base units with wine rack, single drainer stainless steel sink unit, fitted cooker, hob and extractor, free standing fridge, aquapoint water heater in corner that serves sink and wash basin in bathroom, black table and 4 chairs, wall mounted wall heater and light coloured laminate flooring.

Bathroom

Fitted shower cubicle with Mira electric shower, folding doors and tiled walls, white WC and fitted washbasin in vanity unit, extractor fan, heater and two heated towel rails.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 (left) 3.13m x 2.43m. Double bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and matching wardrobe, wall panel heater and carpeted floor. Electric blankets not included.

Externally

Large lawned area around cabin with mature hedging, a large decked area to front, storage box on concrete slabs at rear and gravel path leading to allocated parking space. The cabin has recently been re-roofed.

Services

None of the services have been tested but the chalet is connected to the site's water and drainage system and to mains electricity.

Tenure

Leasehold: A new 50 year lease was issued on the 01/04/2009. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and for 11 months of the year with November being the exception. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
