Cabin 220 is a detached and furnished 2-bedroom freehold log cabin located towards the southern end of the holiday village with views towards the Rhinog Mountains. The cabin has a large grassy open plan plot with a mature hedge to one side and some trees & shrubs. There is a small decking at the entrance, it has been clad on 3 sides, has had a new roof recently and has UPVC double glazed windows throughout. The parking space is in front of the cabin, within the plot on a grass area and a crazy paved path leads to the cabin.

Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470.  It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site.

Accommodation

The cabin is accessed from the parking space along a paved path and via several steps up to the small decking to the front of the cabin.

Enclosed Veranda

1.53m x 4.97m. The veranda has been enclosed with UPVC double glazed door and windows, and tongue and groove panelling below the windows and it has good views to the mountains. There is a small dining table, fitted benches with storage space beneath them & a stool, a wicker chair, a small oil filled heater and it has wooden floorboards.

Lounge

3.95m x 2.97m. The lounge has a 2 seater sofa and two armchairs, a wooden coffee table, wall mounted corner shelves, a TV & free sat box on a wall mounted shelf, a night storage heater, free standing oil filled heater plus an electric stove effect heater and is carpeted. Access to broom cupboard with electric meters is from the lounge. 

Kitchen

1.92m x 1.85m. The kitchen has fitted base and wall units, a freestanding cooker with extractor, a single drainer stainless steel sink unit with crownette water heater above, a small fitted fridge under worktop, wall mounted microwave and lino flooring. 

Bathroom

The bathroom has been opened out giving a little more room and has light coloured tongue and groove panelling throughout. The shower has two tiled walls and a Triton electric shower, there is a white WC and washbasin in vanity unit with Triton electric water heater above, mirror & vanity light, white heated towel rail, extractor fan and has lino flooring.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 (right) 2.06m x 2.97m with double bed, bedside cabinet & lamp, freestanding double wardrobe and is carpeted.

Bedroom 2 (left) 2.06m x 1.95m Freestanding bunk beds, shelving, freestanding single wardrobe, electric heater and is carpeted.

Externally

The cabin has a large grassy open plan plot with a mature hedge to one side and some trees & shrubs. There is a small decking at the entrance with 6 steps up to it. The cabin has been clad on 3 sides, it was re-roofed in 2014 and has UPVC double glazed windows throughout. The parking space is in front of the cabin, within the plot on a grass area and a crazy paved path leads to the cabin.

Services

None of the services have been tested but it is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.

Tenure

Freehold, but the cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between the 1st December and 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from the site office.
