Cabin 232 is a detached and furnished two-bedroom leasehold log cabin in good order throughout. The veranda has been enclosed and opened out creating a larger lounge-kitchen-diner. The cabin further benefits from having UPVC windows and door. It has a good sized grassed area to the side of the cabin, a good-sized decking area along the front with views to the mountains and parking within the plot.


Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.


The cabin is accessed from the gravelled car parking area and via 3 steps up to the decking and main door.


5.4m x 4.95m (longest sides). The veranda has been enclosed and opened up creating a larger lounge-kitchen-diner with laminated flooring throughout. 

There is a 2-seater sofabed and 3 easy chairs (2 in the front of the cabin), a coffee table, wall mounted TV & sky box, a night storage heater, electric panel heater plus an electric coal effect heater with imitation flue and 2 rugs.

The kitchen has fitted base and wall units with a stainless-steel sink unit and a zip water heater fitted in cupboard serving both the kitchen and bathroom sinks. There is a fitted oven and hob, a freestanding fridge and freezer under worktop and a round dining table with 4 chairs.


Modern corner shower with triton electric shower. White WC and wall hung washbasin with vanity unit, heated chrome towel rail and laminate flooring. Access to broom and meter cupboard is from the bathroom.


Bedroom 1 (right) 2.04m x 2.93m Double bed with spotlights above the headboard, freestanding wardrobe, electric panel heater and is carpeted.
Bedroom 2 (left) 2.04m x 1.92m. Freestanding bunk beds, bedside cabinet, electric panel heater and is carpeted.


It has a good sized grassed area to the side of the cabin with some shrubs and 2 wooden chairs and a good sized decking area along the front (4.55m x 2.0m) with storage box. There is a gravelled parking space within the plot and the cabin benefits from UPVC door and windows throughout.


None of the services have been tested but the chalet is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.


Leasehold: A new 50 year lease was issued 20/12/12. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between 1st December and the 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
