The cabin has a large decking along the front and side and hedges along its boundaries. Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470.  It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains.  There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The cabin is accessed directly from the parking space and via a couple of steps up to the decking and entrance.

Enclosed Veranda

1.48m x 4.95m. The veranda has been enclosed with wooden double-glazed windows & door and tongue and groove cladding painted white. One side forms a storage area having carpet tiles having a fridge, shoe rack. The other side is opened out to form an open plan kitchen-diner with a table & 6 chairs and a fitted bench and laminate flooring. 

Kitchen

1.90m x 1.90m. The kitchen has fitted base and wall units with a stainless steel single drainer sink unit and a water heater below, a free-standing cooker and laminate flooring. 

Lounge

3.98m x 3.02m. The lounge has a 2 & 3-seater sofa, coffee table, TV stand with TV & freesat box, storage heater, 2 shelves, UPVC double glazed window and is carpeted. Access to broom cupboard with electric meters is from the lounge. 

Bathroom

Glass shower cubicle with tiled back wall and Triton electric shower, white WC and washbasin in fitted units, with water heater below sink, heated towel rail, mirror with vanity light above, 2 UPVC double glazed windows and is carpeted.

Leasehold – A new 50-year lease will be issued on completion. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between 1st December and 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from the site office.
