Cabin 250 is a detached and furnished 2-bedroom freehold log cabin located at the end of the holiday village. The cabin has an enclosed and opened out veranda to make an open plan lounge/kitchen-diner and benefits from double glazing throughout and a new roof. The plot has a small grassy area to the side and back, hedges & bushes to 3 sides, a good sized decking area to the front with views towards the Rhinog Mountains and a gravelled parking space within the plot.
Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.
The cabin is accessed directly from the parking space and via several steps up to the decking area and entrance.
4.95m x 5.40m (L shaped, longest sides). The veranda has been enclosed with wooden double-glazed windows & UPVC door and has been opened out to make an open plan lounge kitchen-diner. There are views towards the Rhinog Mountains from the front of the cabin.
The lounge has a 2-seater sofa and foot stool, a coffee table, TV, DVD and sky box, a freestanding electric heater, an UPVC window, an oil filled electric heater and a night storage heater (armchair not included in sale). Access to broom cupboard with electric meters is from the lounge.
The kitchen has fitted base and wall units with a single drainer stainless steel sink unit and Aquapoint ZIP water heater in the cupboard below serving both the kitchen sink and bathroom basin. There is also a fitted hob, oven and fridge, a movable butcher’s block and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is wooden flooring throughout with several rugs and mats throughout the whole lounge/kitchen-diner.
The bathroom has been opened out to maximise the space. It has a glass quadrant shower with electric shower and tiled walls, white WC and washbasin, heated towel rail, fitted shelves, mirrored cabinet, shaver point, 2 UPVC double-glazed windows and wooden flooring.

Freehold. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between the 1st December and 31st October each year. Current site fees can be obtained from the site office.
