Cabin 286 is a detached, fully furnished Freehold log cabin. The cabin has been re-roofed and is in good order throughout. It has a large decking to the front and side with some views of the Rhinog Mountains and to the south and a good sized mature plot with lawns, hedges and shrubs. Parking for 1 car is beside the cabin.
Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.
The cabin is accessed directly from the parking area via several steps up to the decking and entrance door.
The veranda is enclosed with wooden double-glazed windows and UPVC door and has a fridge freezer and is carpeted.
3.98m x 3m. The lounge has two 2-seater matching sofas, a TV, Freesat box, DVD player, an electric heater & is carpeted. The broom cupboard with meters is off of the lounge.
1.9m x 1.9m. The kitchen has white base and wall units, a stainless-steel sink unit with Zip Aquapoint water heater underneath serving both the kitchen sink and bathroom basin. a freestanding oven with extractor above, a towel rail, south facing window it has tile effect flooring.
There is a tiled shower cubicle with Gainsborough electric shower, a white WC and washbasin fitted into a white vanity unit with mirror and vanity light above, a heated towel rail and wooden flooring.

Freehold: The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between the 1st December and 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
