The cabin has a good sized grassy plot and also benefits from having a large L shaped decked area with views of the Rhinog Mountains. Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The cabin is approached from the parking area via a gravel path and up 3 steps to the decking and entrance door. The veranda is enclosed with wooden double glazed windows and UPVC door and is opened out to form a larger lounge-diner and kitchen.

Lounge/Diner

5.55m x 3.07m. The lounge has a two 2-seater leather sofas, a pine dresser with TV, Sky box, DVD player, CD player, a nest of 3 coffee tables and an additional small cabinet, a wall mounted book shelf, night storage heater & electric stove effect heater. The dining area has a dining table, 4 chairs, an electric panel heater and has some views of the Rhinog Mountains. The whole area is carpeted and has a rug in the lounge. The lounge window is UPVC double glazed and the dining windows are wooden double glazed. The broom cupboard with meters is off of the lounge.

Kitchen

3.47m x 1.42m. The galley style kitchen has pine base and wall units, a fitted hob, oven and fridge and a stainless steel sink unit with Zip Aquapoint water heater underneath serving both the kitchen sink and bathroom basin. There is a desk, chair and shoe rack to the front and it has lino flooring.

Bathroom

There is a tiled shower cubicle with electric shower, white WC and washbasin with vanity light above, a heated towel rail, lino flooring and 2 small UPVC windows.

None of the services have been tested but the chalet is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.

Tenure

Leasehold: A new 50 year lease will be issued. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between the 1st December and 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
