Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470. It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.


The property is accessed directly from the parking area with several steps up to the decking and entrance door into the veranda.

Enclosed Veranda

6.95m x 1.59m. The veranda has been enclosed with UPVC double glazed windows, door and double sliding patio doors opening up onto the decking. It has a table, 2 benches and 2 chairs, freestanding electric heater and shelf unit and vinyl flooring.

Leasehold: A new 50 year lease will be issued. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and only between the 1st December and 31st October. Current site fees can be obtained from reception.
