Brief Description

Cabin 50 is a detached, fully furnished log cabin in good order. The cabin has a large decking area to the front and the plot has a small outside area with hedges to the front and rear. There are excellent views from the front of the cabin across the Rhinog Mountains in a Westerly direction and it also benefits from having UPVC double glazed windows and patio door. The allocated parking space is off the plot to the rear in a large parking area.

Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470.  It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains.  There is a launderette and small shop on the site.

Accommodation

The cabin is accessed from the car park over a short strip of grass and via one step up to the decking. The veranda has been enclosed to create a sitting area and dining area.

Lounge-Kitchen

L-Shaped room measuring 3.95m x 1.88m along longest sides. The lounge has a wide two-seater sofa and two lounge chairs. Large TV, Freesat box and Playstation/Blue Ray/DVD player, a freestanding oil filled heater, wall mounted fire and a night storage heater. Excludes the following items – Coffee table, two side tables, BOSE system, corner lamps and some soft furnishings such as cushions.

Access to broom and meter cupboard is from lounge. Carpeted floor in the lounge.

The kitchen has modern fitted base and wall units in white with a knotted worktop, a fitted single stainless-steel sink unit with electric water heater below, a fitted oven, grill, hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, wooden worktable and freestanding fridge with icebox. Lino flooring in the kitchen area.

Veranda

1.4m x 5m. A light and West facing veranda with wide opening patio doors and vinyl flooring. 2 lounge chairs and table, folding dining table with 4 chairs, 1 reading lamp. CD/Radio and electric heater. Superb views of the Rhinogs.  

Bathroom

Fitted shower cubicle with Redring electric shower unit, white WC, white washbasin with cupboards beneath and small water heater. Wall mounted bathroom heater and shaving point.  Carpeted floor.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 (right) 2.04m x 2.93m. Double bed, 4 drawer and 3 drawer chests of drawers. Small wall mounted TV and Freesat Box, electric heater, carpet. Excludes the following items – Bedside stool, patio heater above door and garden chairs.

Bedroom 2 (left) 1.95m x 2.04m. Fitted bunk beds, pine freestanding wardrobe with 3 drawers, 3 drawer cabinet, carpet. Excludes – Bedside stool.

Externally

The cabin has a large decking area to the front of the cabin measuring 6.5m x 2.2m with superb views. The plot is not large with hedging to the front and rear with a small grass area. Concrete paved area to the northern side. It also benefits from having UPVC double glazed windows and door. Allocated parking space area at the rear. Under cabin storage cupboard containing some garden furniture, mower and strimmer. Outside electricity socket.

Services

None of the services have been tested but the chalet is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity.
