Cabin 80 is a detached and furnished 2-bedroom leasehold log cabin located on the top section of the village with good views to the Rhinog Mountains. There is a decked area at the front of the cabin and the plot has a large lawn to both sides and rear and parking for up to 3 cars. The cabin also benefits from UPVC double glazed windows throughout.

Location

Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is situated some 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog and 10 miles north of Dolgellau on the east side of the A470.  It is 2 miles south of Trawsfynydd near the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village is well established with many mature trees and excellent views over the countryside and mountains.  There is a launderette and small shop on the site and a public house within walking distance.

Accommodation

The cabin is approached directly from the parking space via a gravel path with several steps up to the decking. 

Veranda

1.45m x 4.85m. The veranda is enclosed with rosewood UPVC double glazed door and windows and has a good views west towards the Rhinog Mountains. It has a sofa, table, chair and an electric panel wall heater. It is part carpeted and part laminated.

Lounge

3.93m x 3.06m. The lounge has two 2-seater matching sofas, a pine dresser, coffee table, TV cabinet with TV, DVD player & freesat box, shelving, electric log effect fire, night storage heater and is carpeted. Access to broom and meter cupboard is from lounge.

Kitchen

1.9m x 1.9m The kitchen has modern fitted base and wall units with a free standing fridge and oven, a stainless steel sink unit and electric water heater supplying sink and bathroom basin. There is a small south facing window and a larger window looking into the veranda and laminate flooring.

Bathroom

Fitted shower cubicle with Mira electric shower unit and tiled walls, white WC and washbasin in vanity unit chrome heated towel rail and vinyl flooring.

Bedrooms 

Bedroom 1 (right) 1.94m x 2.96m with double bed with bedside shelves, built in wardrobe with cupboards above, electric panel wall heater and is carpeted.

Externally

There is a decked area at the front of the cabin (3m x 1.8m) with good views to the Rhinog Mountains. The plot has a large lawn to both sides and rear with hedges on 3 sides and part of the front and parking for up to 3 cars. The cabin also benefits from UPVC double glazed windows throughout.

Services

None of the services have been tested but it is connected to the site’s water and drainage system and to mains electricity. There is also a BT connection to the cabin, but it is currently not in use.

Tenure

Leasehold: A new 50 year will be issued on completion. The cabin can be used for holiday purposes only and used 11 months of the year with November being the exception. Current site fees can be obtained from the site office.
